If you decided to return JUODA VARNA product:

• The returned goods must be in the original packaging (does not apply if the goods were delivered in damaged packaging).
• The product must be unused, its appearance preserved: the label is not damaged, the protective film has not been torn off, etc.
• The returned product must be in complete set, same as it was received by the Buyer.
• The Buyer must inform the Seller about the returned product by e-mail info@juodavarna.lt, indicating the order number.

Terms & conditions for returning goods:

• The goods can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the day those were received.
• Return and exchange of goods meeting the above conditions shall be carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810 (1) of the Civil Code.
• The money paid for the goods accepted by the Buyer but later refused shall be returned to the Buyer's account no later than within 5 (five) working days from the day the Seller received the goods, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise.
• If the returned goods were bought using JUODA VARNA gift card, a new gift card of the same amount in credit is issued and sent to the Buyer.
• The shipping fee of returned items is paid by the Buyer.
• The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the conditions for the return of the goods have not been complied with.

In case of disagreement regarding the implementation of these Rules, they shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Parties shall be released from the obligations under these Rules if they cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (Force majeure).
